“This has been my largest restaurant re-concept and remodel to date and we are absolutely thrilled with the result,” said Matador Cantina managing partner Mario Marovic. “I’m also quite pleased with the rapid 90-day turn around time in which we were able to complete the entire process from start to finish. Downtown Fullerton is very unique with special appeal. The restaurant was built with these very same qualities in mind.”
